RentRight doesn't require you to create an account, log in, or hand over any personal information to use our tools. You just show up and use them.
Our tools use your browser's localStorage to save things like your preferences and recent tools. That data lives entirely on your device. We never see it, we never collect it, and we couldn't access it even if we wanted to.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic things like how many people visit the site. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across the web. It's about as privacy-friendly as analytics gets.
There's no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad trackers, no retargeting scripts. None of that. We don't sell your data to anyone because we don't have any data to sell.
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we'll collect your email address. That's it. We won't share it, sell it, or use it for anything other than sending you updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
If you use the Compare Prices feature, you'll be redirected to a third-party site (Discover Cars) to complete your search. Once you leave RentRight, that site's own privacy policy applies. We can't control what they do on their end.
